Details of the aftermath of a fire, which consumed the laundry, carpenter shop, dynamo room, etc. The hospital received enough insurance money in order to construct a new laundry plant, repair some of its machinery, and acquire a new engine.

Details the completion of the new Bakery, its dimensions, and some of its new machinery. Receiving and distributing rooms were added to the Northern and Southern ends of the Laundry as well.
