One fossil marine valve. The dorsal of the valve is pale gray, white, and light tan in color. The ventral is a reddish tan with prominent muscle scars and very fine striae at the ventral margin. The entire valve is covered in small holes and raised striae radiate from the hinge to the outer lip. Growth lines are more visible near the outer lip.
