A doctor, identified only as Emma, reports on sessions at the Saunders Building. Psychologist Boris Gertz is talking to patients about proper behavior in the hospital and when they reenter life outside the hospital.

In the hospital newsletter, Dr. Hall announces the names of the Maximum Detention Buildings and identifies the building namesakes. The public announcement in The State newspaper comes about one month later.
