Excerpts from the South Carolina Department of Mental Health's annual report for the year 1916, continuing the report on the massive alteration project across the campus begun in the previous year. Included are short descriptions of the buildings' contemporary uses, ultimate renovation goals for each building, condition reports of each of the buildings, and a report of what has been accomplished thus far, as well as a "birds-eye" map of the campus, first floor plans of the Main Building and extant buildings, and an overhead plan of the campus.
