General Condition: "Plaster in bath in poor condition.  Shower in terrible condition (Rubber hose hung from wire).  Some repairs should be made immediately."   Remarks: "Office has recently been renovated and is in much better condition than any of ward buildings." Inventory report of all buildings lists estimated value of LaBorde as $16,200.00 and estimated replacement cost as $124,000.00.
