"Coates Stuckey, Business Administrator, Central Louisiana State Hospital, Pineville, Louisiana, spent February 22, 1960, at the Columbia Division, S.C. State Hospital, observing the operation of the Dietary Department. After an interview with Edward C. Knight, Assistant Business Manager, he accompanied Leland E. Crenshaw, Director, Food Service, on an extensive tour of the Food Center, several of the ward dining areas, and the dietary facilities at the Byrnes Clinical Center."
