In this letter, William S, Hall, M.D. responds to Mrs, Ethel J. Boyle, Food Administrator from Springfield Illinois. Mrs. Boyle had previously sent a letter to Dr. Hall seeking permission to send two of the representatives from Springfield to study the Food Service Building. Dr. Hall replies with a yes and offers to give the two representatives meal tickets for an entire day and a place to stay on the Hospital Grounds.
