Report on the completion of the Williams Building in 1937, the contract for which had been drawn in 1936. This indicates that the building currently named the Williams Building is not the same as that which was constructed five years earlier in 1932 and also initially named "Williams"--later changed to Ward 18A and then Trezevant.
