Description

Lafaye clarifies a payment agreement with the hospital. In 1942, the Lafaye firm drew up plans for "Criminal Insane" buildings, but the project was shelved. In 1948, the hospital commissioned a new set of plans. Lafaye tells Shelley that the 1948 plans constitute a new project and are not covered by the original 1942 payment.
