Robert Andrews (c. 1747–1804) moved to Virginia from his birthplace of Pennsylvania, then to England, where he became an Anglican minister, before returning to Virginia in 1777 to join the faculty at the College of William and Mary. He went on to attend the 1788 Virginia Ratifying Convention and serve in the House of Delegates.
