Baron Friedrich Wilhelm von Thulemeier (1735-1811) was a Prussian baron and son of minister Wilhelm Heinrich von Thulemeier. He served as the emissary of King Frederick II to the Dutch Republic from 1763 to 1788. During the 1785 U.S.-Prussian Treaty negotiations, Thulemeier collaborated with William Short and U.S. agent Charles-William-Frédéric Dumas to conclude the treaty.
